Everyone Hates Ticks!
Presented by Blake Dinius, Plymouth County Extension
Ticks are a re-emerging threat to human health. There are at least 10 diseases in Massachusetts, including Lyme disease. Each can have life-changing consequences.
Ticks are everywhere. And you can find them on any day of the year, including during the winter.
BUT, what if I told you that you could enjoy the outdoors without worrying about ticks? The key is awareness and education, not fear. By understanding tick biology, we can make informed decisions to prevent tick bites and disease.
Join this Nature Talk to learn science-based information to keep you and your family healthy.
