Intro to Nature Photography
Wednesday, October 14: 5:30 - 7 p.m., River Center
and
Saturday, October 17: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., Cherry & Webb Dunes
Fee: $35/person, includes both sessions
Discover the art of nature photography in this two-part series with Kim Botelho, WRWA's Education Director and award-winning photographer. Her work has been featured on National Geographic's website, in many calendars, exhibits, and websites, as well as the covers of South Coast Insider magazine, The Audubon Report, and the RI Environmental Literacy Plan. Appropriate for ages 10 and up. You must have your own camera and come to familiar with how to change your settings.
Day 1: Wednesday 10/14, 5:30 - 7 p.m.
The first session will be held in the River Center, 493 Old County Rd. Westport, where you will learn to master the fundamentals of speed, aperture, composition and creative ways to use these.
Day 2: Saturday 10/17, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Take your new skills outdoors to the breathtaking Cherry & Webb Dunes, where sweeping views and stunning landscapes provide the perfect backdrop to practice and experiment behind the lens.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than two days in advance will not receive a reimbursement.
If WRWA has to cancel a program, full reimbursements will be provided.
